Feb 02, 2023Our bodies are wearing out. If you haven't experienced the frustration of physical decline already, good for you. The bad news is that it will happen to each of us sooner or later. The good news is that exercise is good for your body and that it can slow the inevitable physical decline.
More good news ... we have found that you don't have to spend hours in the gym to get effective exercise. Short workouts can have a big impact on how your body works and feels if they are CONSISTENT!
Unfortunately, the busyness of life often gets in the way of consistent exercise. If we spend our days sitting, 1 workout a week (or less) will not impact our bodies as much as the sitting will.
The best news ... We have developed a few programs to help your body feel and work better in about 1 hour a week of exercise time. They are made up of multiple short workouts spread out throughout the week.
We have found that many of our clients want to be sure that they're doing the right exercises and that they're doing them correctly. That's a big reason why they hire a personal trainer. But personal training is expensive and you can't always get in at a time that works in your schedule.
But, with our Breakthrough Core Programs, you can workout at the time and place that works best for you. You just log in, follow along and get on with your day!
