Does exercise take too much time?
Apr 19, 2023By now, most people agree that exercise is good for our bodies. The same exercises are not necessarily good for each person, but in general, our bodies need exercise to slow their natural decline.
Still, many of us have busy schedules and exercise takes time. You can spend less time working out if you increase your intensity, but that is not an option for a lot of people.
High intensity workouts are hard. They often hurt during and after. If this was the only choice for exercising on a tight schedule, most people would skip the workout altogether.
